Health Club shares day 9 of a real transformation journey, admitting no video editing skills and announcing a new personal book project.
I don't know video editing. Not one clip in this journey has been polished, cut, or made to look impressive. And today I want to say clearly why that's never bothered me.
This was never about production quality. What I'm building here is my own digital library, a day by day record of a life actually changing, saved somewhere I can return to. Not curated for an audience. Just true.
Today I'm adding something new to that record. I've decided to write a book about this entire journey, everything from day one onward. It feels like a natural next step, taking what's scattered across daily videos and turning it into something more complete.
There's something strange and comforting about creating something not to be seen, but to be remembered. Every rough clip, every unedited moment, and now every written page, becomes proof that a day happened, that an effort was made.
Everything from Day 1 onward lives on my website, unfiltered and unedited, exactly as it happened.
Note: This blog reflects my personal feelings and experience.
