Welcome to my personal blog where I share my yogic journey.
For a long time I thought yoga is only one thing. But when I sat and reflected, I saw yoga has many doors. I want to share four doors that I have seen in my journey.
Group Yoga - The Power of Togetherness
When one person breathes, it is a practice. When many people breathe together, it is an energy. Group yoga is a shared space where many people sit together, move together, and stay silent together. In a group, we learn from each other without speaking. In this space, I will share my thoughts on togetherness in yoga.
Kids Yoga - The Joy of Playfulness
Children are already yogis. They are close to nature. They do not need hard instructions, they need play. Kids yoga is like becoming a lion, a tree, a butterfly. It is story, it is game, it is breath. Play is the best way to bring yoga to a child. In this space, I will share my thoughts on how yoga can stay playful and joyful.
Senior Yoga - The Grace of Slowing Down
Old age is not the end. It is a time to go deeper inside. The body becomes slow, but the spirit becomes wise. Senior yoga is gentle. It respects the body and moves slowly with love. Slowing down is also a form of yoga. In this space, I will share my thoughts on practicing yoga with grace for elders.
Corporate Yoga - Finding Breath in Between Work
Work is also life. We spend many hours at a desk. Corporate yoga is simply remembering the breath in between work. It is just a pause. Small movements with breath that help us come back to ourselves. Even a small pause can bring us back. In this space, I will share my thoughts on bringing yoga to the workplace.
This is my personal space for my yogic thoughts.
