Welcome to my personal blog where I share what I am learning about inner healing.
For a long time I thought healing is something that happens only outside. Later I realized, real healing starts from within. It is subtle, it is energetic, and it moves in its own time. I want to share four forms of healing that have touched my journey deeply.
Salt Healing - The Power of Cleansing
Salt has been used for cleansing since ancient times. Salt healing is about using this natural element to clear what feels heavy and stagnant. It helps create a lighter space around and within us. It is a simple practice that brings a sense of freshness and calm. In this space, I will share my thoughts on cleansing and purifying through salt.
Energy Healing - Balancing What We Cannot See
We are not just a body, we are also energy. Sometimes this energy feels blocked, low, or scattered. Energy healing is a gentle practice of bringing this energy back into balance. It is not about forcing anything, but about allowing the flow to return. In this space, I will share my thoughts on restoring our natural energy flow.
Reiki Healing - Healing Through Presence
Reiki is a practice of healing through loving presence and touch. It works with the life energy that flows through all of us. In a session, you simply receive, rest, and let the energy do its work. I have felt it brings deep relaxation and inner quiet. In this space, I will share my thoughts on the soft and compassionate path of Reiki.
Chakra Healing - Coming Back to Alignment
In our yogic tradition, we speak about chakras as centers of energy within us. When they are in alignment, we feel centered and clear. When they are out of balance, we feel off. Chakra healing is about understanding these centers and bringing them back into harmony. In this space, I will share my thoughts on alignment and inner balance through chakras.
This is my personal space for my yogic thoughts.
